Research experiences at GSJ do not follow a fixed duration and may vary depending on the scope of the project, research field, mentor availability, and student progress.

By enrolling, parents and students acknowledge that:

• Estimated timelines, if provided, are for reference only and are not guaranteed
• Certain projects may conclude earlier or extend beyond the initial estimate
• Completion is determined by achieving agreed research objectives rather than a fixed number of weeks or months

Unless otherwise stated in writing, GSJ does not guarantee completion before any specific competition, publication, scholarship, or university application deadline.

2. Student Selection & Mentor Allocation

Certain GSJ programs may require applications, interviews, or academic assessments to evaluate student suitability.

Participation is subject to academic fit and research readiness and alignment between the student’s interests and the research direction.

GSJ reserves the right to:

• Assign or adjust mentor allocation
• Modify program structures when necessary
• Decline participation if a student is not aligned with the academic or learning expectations of the program

3. Student Responsibilities

Students are expected to participate responsibly, complete assigned tasks honestly, respect mentors and peers, and maintain academic integrity throughout all activities, including research projects and competitions.

4. Intellectual Property

All learning materials, curriculum content, documents, branding assets, and resources provided by GSJ remain the intellectual property of GSJ unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized copying, sharing, or commercial use is prohibited.

5. Research Ethics

Students participating in research projects must follow ethical academic practices, including proper citation, original contribution, accurate data reporting, and compliance with research guidelines provided by mentors and partner institutions.

6. Payments & Refunds

GSJ tuition fees reflect the program curriculum, duration, mentor system, academic resources, and operational support; once a program has started, fees are non-refundable, while deferral requests are only considered in exceptional cases subject to GSJ approval.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

GSJ respects the privacy of students and parents. Personal information collected during registration or participation will only be used for educational, administrative, and communication purposes in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

While GSJ strives to provide high-quality educational experiences and mentorship, we do not guarantee specific academic, scholarship, competition, or university admission outcomes.

9. External Opportunities & Partnerships

Certain activities may involve universities, laboratories, competitions, or external organizations. Participation requirements and outcomes may be subject to the policies of those third-party institutions.
